I’m Aderson Oliveira, Founder at TechLeap.

I started TechLeap in 2020 when I saw that my students (I’m a college professor – I teach coding) were having a hard time finding jobs after graduation.
Since then, I have assisted hundreds of tech professionals in securing their first industry positions and have helped many others transition to better and more fulfilling careers.
I couldn't have achieved this on my own; I have an incredible team supporting me every step of the way.
You might be wondering: "Who is this guy who thinks he can help me land a job?"
In addition to my own 20+ years of experience as a software developer, I have interviewed over a hundred highly successful tech professionals to understand how they achieved their career success.
I love teaching and helping people, and I've found fulfillment in my professional life through this passion.
